Atlas Saw & Tool, LLC offers this online store, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the use, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after date of purchase to request a return.
No merchandise is to be returned without authorization from Atlas Saw & Tool, LLC.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@atlassaw-tool.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Your box/carton must have the RMA number noted on it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return freight cost and will not reimbursed or credited.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All products are inspected before shipment and believed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. We will make a fair and equitable adjustment on any product that allegedly fails to perform to our standards under normal use. However, we cannot be responsible for products that show excessive damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted. Return your product according to the policy described here within and place a new order for the product of choice.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll receive a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) to your original payment method[. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund; contact them directly to confirm processing time.
